I have had Rough Collies since 1975 amongst many other pets which I shall talk about later on my blog. My very first Rough Collie was Tara King. Her mother was from the Clayswood Kennels and of course her Grandparents were from the late and great Ch Royal Ace of Rokeby. I have enjoyed my Rough Collies and have bred some nice ones in the past, using the Bririch stud most of the times belonging to the late Vera Hickson. I then used to take my bitches to the Brilyn stud going back to Rum'N Black. Sophie my recent rough collie is from the Brilyn Dream Number and Viking Des Marecages Du Prince who is a Multi Champion, French and International Champion. I have had Sophie mated with Beldones Double Diamond and look forward to her litter. (Watch this space).
Sophie came to live with me when she was 4 months of age. She has settled in quite well with the older collies, Molly and Tessa.
